Technical Engineering Group: our customer charter

This charter sets out the following customer service commitments by the Technical Engineering Group, in order to ensure that we deliver the best possible service and customer support, and to continually meet and surpass our clients’ expectations:

  1. A commitment to customer service excellence at all times
  2. Strong technical expertise and quality control processes
  3. Continuous validation of this expertise and processes by internationally recognised standards and accreditations, such as those of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)
  4. Responsiveness to the best of our ability and quick turnaround times
  5. Never to disclose confidential and proprietary information gained in the course of our contracts with our customers to third parties
  6. An annual review of this set of service commitments to ensure that these continue to reflect our customers’ needs and expectations
