The Technical Engineering Group provides technical, design and related services in the development of complex tooling.
Our precision engineers supply regulated companies in the pharmaceutical, aeronautical and medical device sectors across Europe through our two main divisions:
- The TechnicalPharma division supplies specialist tooling for leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies. We design, manufacture, assemble, install and validate pharmaceutical tooling to ISO 9001:2008 standards
- The TechnicalAviation division manufactures metallic and non-metallic machined parts for the aviation and aerospace sectors. Our company is certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency as an Approved Production Organisation
Our main customer base is in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Israel and Poland.

The Technical Engineering Group has a wide range of experience and expertise in the development of complex tooling and precision engineering. We invest in the latest design and manufacturing techniques, and apply internationally recognised standards to all our processes.
Electro-mec engineering
The Group also draws upon the expertise, designs, equipment and services previously offered by Electroc-mec Ltd, having purchased Electro-mec’s pharmaceuticals division in February 2009.
Electro-mec was established in 1969 as a precision machining contractor.
Much of Electro-mec’s early success was in work for the aerospace and defence industries. These sectors remain a key part of the business today. In the 1980s Electro-mec diversified into the pharmaceutical market.
